The steps of a competence assessment
The assessment begins with an interview with the candidate, during which we carry out a detailed analysis of his or her background: diplomas, qualifications, professional experience, interests, motivations, personality.
We use specific HR decision-making tools, combined with technical assessments:
- 2nd generation look-alike test.
- Mc Quaig personality test.
- PAPI personality questionnaire 3.
The company and the candidate then receive a detailed written report on the results of the skills assessment. Finally, a debriefing takes place with the company, in order to help and support it in its final choice of recruitment or internal mobility.
